Mr. Evans formed Evans Wieckowski & Ward LLP in 2005 and currently serves as Of Counsel with Evans, Wieckowski Ward & Scoffield LLP.Mr. Evans has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the national director of lawyers.This is the highest possible rating an attorney can receive, indicating preeminent levels of professionalism and the utmost ethical standards.

Mr. Evans is a native of  Nevada and after serving in the United States Army as a Captain he was admitted to the California State Bar in 1977.Mr. Evans attended the New Mexico Military Institute and received a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Nevada in 1970.Mr. Evans received his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1977.Mr. Evans is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Mr. Evans also acts as a Pro Tem Settlement Conference Judge for Sacramento, Placer, and Nevada counties and is a member of the State Bar of California and the Sacramento County Bar Association.

Mr. Evans focuses his practice with a mediation program for JPA’s with worker’s compensation insurance programs as well as products liability, personal injury, employment law and civil rights litigation in both State and Federal Court.
